The Allotment Project

We are so excited to be building on the incredible work that the School already put in to creating a beautiful allotment.  We are working to create an outdoor space where the Children can access the Allotment all year round.  This has only been made possible with the incredible generosity of Steven and the Team at Oltco who are the leading suppliers of their award-winning  sustainable resin bound driveways using recycled plastic.

Steven and the Team at Oltco are going to lay an incredible Resin Flooring on to the Allotment which will enable the Children to access the area all year round.  Oltco will be installing their award winning  resin flooring which besides looking fantastic features the following properties

  • SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage System) compliant

  • Hard wearing

  • Porous properties to minimise the growth of weeds

  • Anti-slip properties

Besides all that we know it is going to look incredibly smart and we can't wait to get the Children out growing and hopefully cooking their own freshly grown fruit and veg.   This absolutely would not have been possible without the incredible generosity of Steven and his Team.   This page will be updated as soon as the build begins on the 18th of November.
